You can easily clean it though by using the brush. Sound Tube The sound tube is the one responsible for bringing sound to your ears. That is why there is more ear wax causing it. This is why there are hearing instruments that have a wax guard protector already. Shell The cover found outside your hearing instrument is the shell and this is oftentimes hypo-allergenic. If in case it gets dirty, you can use a wet tissue or any cleaning solution.
