The Building Networks Project: Aligning Public Health and Community Organizing (funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the Kresge Foundation) hyperlinks public health with the self-discipline and strategies of community organizing in five states within the Midwest: Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. The Health Equity Action Plan is VA’s strategic document to achieve equitable health for all Veterans. The evaluation was carried out by the International Center for Equity in Health primarily based within the Federal University of Pelotas, Brazil. The database presents information for over 30 reproductive, maternal, new child and little one well being indicators, collected from practically 250 surveys in 1993-2013.
